  1. Exit the M62 at Junction 20 and head for Rochdale.
     
  2. At the next junction take the filter left past the traffic lights onto Edinburgh Way.
     
  3. At the next roundabout take the second exit (straight ahead) onto Roch Valley Way (B6452).
     
  4. Follow the road and at the next traffic lights continue straight ahead onto Sandy Lane (B6452).
     
  5. Continue until the next junction with traffic lights and turn left onto Edenfield Road (A680).
     
  6. Follow the road and continue straight ahead across two mini roundabouts (you should pass to the right of the Shell petrol station).
     
  7. Continue ahead and once you pass the Blue Ball public house you will find us approximately 300 metres further along on the left hand side.
